Congratulations to the Warwick Institute of Engagement’s new Fellows from the School for Cross-faculty Studies

Congratulations to final-year Liberal Arts student Celine Nithila-George, Dr Gavin Schwartz-Leeper (Deputy Head of School for Cross-faculty Studies, Liberal Arts), and Dr Gioia Panzarella (Teaching Fellow and Student Experience and Engagement Manager in GSD) for being selected as Associate Fellows of the Warwick Institute of Engagement (WIE)!

What is WIE?

Launched in November 2020, the Warwick Institute of Engagement "champions the future of high quality public engagement. It brings together Warwick’s extensive practical engagement expertise with pioneering academic research. We’re putting evidence-led best practice at the core of our thinking – ensuring Warwick’s engagement with the public drives real impact for the communities we serve."

What is a WIE Associate Fellowship?

Associate Fellows, appointed for two years, make up the Institute’s wider support network and contribute to the work of the Learning Circles.

"Through the International Conference of Undergraduate Research (ICUR), the WIE’s Public Engagement module and collaborating with Coventry City of Culture programme designers, I have come to greatly value making engagement an intrinsic part of the university experience."
