ABC Mini Sprint

This page provides resources and an introduction to the ABC mini sprint sessions.

ABC Learning design is traditionally a hands-on curriculum development workshop developed by UCL. Typically there is 90 minutes for each teaching team to work together to create a visual story board made up of pre-printed cards representing the type and sequence of learning activities (both online and offline) that are required to ensure that learning outcomes are met.

We have adapted this model and moved it online to form a mini-sprint - where you will be presented with a design challenge and can explore different approaches to meeting this challenge in small groups. Further details about the activity types are outlined in the video below.

The conversational framework centres upon the different ways in which students learn, and the on building the activities which flow from these different types of learning.
