Titled "Innovations for teaching biology to all", the lecture focused on the importance of technology and student-centred approaches in teaching and the responsibilities of the HE teacher. Most importantly, it explored the ways of providing students with inspiration, confidence and possibilities for achievement.

Furthermore, during the lecture, Kevin was celebrated by Professors Gwen van der Velden and David Lamburn, who reflected on Kevin's career and contribution to the teaching excellence at Warwick.
