Trans Allyship and Resistance post-Supreme Court ruling

The Supreme Court ruling in FWS vs The Scottish Ministers, and the University’s subsequent response, has left many colleagues and students asking what they can do to support trans people and challenge exclusion in practice.

This session is for anyone who wants to understand what has changed, what it means for staff and students at Warwick specifically, and what meaningful allyship looks like now.

No specialist knowledge is required to attend. We’ll provide the context, unpack some of the key issues, and explore practical ways to act in solidarity with trans colleagues and students.

Expect a proudly queer space, grounded in solidarity, collective action and unapologetic resistance to exclusion.
