We warmly invite you to join a vibrant community at Warwick, established last year to support and elevate education-focused staff.

In a bid to create a more equitable balance between research and education, the University has made a concerted effort to determine the route to Professor (Teaching-focused) to enable the development of education-focused staff to have greater recognition within the University environment. This community offers a valuable space to connect with fellow teaching-focused professors from across the university to share experiences, provide peer support, contribute to strategic discussions and consider opportunities for development and support for teaching-focused staff.
