No data about you (apart from your Department/Service if you wish to share such information) will be collect when you submit this form/your work. Please, make sure you have deleted any data that can point back to you or others from your work before submitting it. For more information, please read the Participation Leaflet on the right-hand side of the page, fill in the consent form and send it to e.riva@warwick.ac.uk. We ask you to send the consent form separately so that the submission of your writing piece will remain completely anonymous.
