We are writing to invite you to join in with the Pedagogic Research in HE Learning Circle. Over the last year members of the learning circle have trialled an approach to inquiring into our teaching and learning practice. The idea is to move from discussion of important issues in our recent professional experience to developing small-scale inquiries into these issues. The main aim of the initiative is to develop an approach that HE teaching staff with multiple demands on their time can adopt to engage in inquiry into teaching and learning, with ultimate benefits for improvement of student experience but also with immediate benefit to participants themselves. Members of the LC have found it very beneficial to be able to work through challenges faced in these difficult circumstances.
