Saadia Gardezi's work, Project Dastaan, is on display until September 2027 at the Green School Gallery, Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs, funded by the Václav Havel Program for Human Rights & Democracy, Florida International University, Miami USA.

Through historical narratives, oral histories, animation, virtual reality and symbolic objects, the exhibition explores the forces that shaped Partition and its enduring legacies through stories of loss and resilience, displacement and belonging. Project Dastaan is an award-winning peacebuilding initiative that preserves and shares the personal stories of those who experienced the 1947 Partition of British India.
