Code of Conduct and Inclusion
The 26th International Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems
All individuals participating in AAMAS 2027, including the main conference and all affiliated events (e.g., workshops, tutorials, doctoral consortium, social events), as well as any associated online platforms (e.g., event app, social media channels, submission websites) are expected to adhere to the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct, as outlined by IFAAMAS and consistent with policies of organizations such as ACM.
AAMAS 2027 is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all participants. The conference seeks to ensure that everyone can participate fully and safely, regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, age, disability, or any other personal characteristic.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally, promoting open scientific exchange, mutual respect, and constructive dialogue. Discrimination, harassment, unwelcoming behavior, or any form of inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to:

Discriminatory or inappropriate comments or actions related to any personal characteristic;

The use of inappropriate or offensive imagery, language, or content in the conference environment (for example, but not limited to, the use of sexual imagery in talks or in posters; offensive jokes or remarks; insulting or stereotypical language related to any group; display of discriminatory symbols, memes, or graphics);

Harassment, including unwelcome physical or verbal contact, intimidation, stalking, and unwanted attention; and

Disruptive, aggressive, or unwelcoming behavior or language that undermines a respectful environment.
All participants in IFAAMAS events in general, and AAMAS 2027 in particular, are asked to support our goal of fostering a respectful and welcoming scientific community, and to understand that IFAAMAS will take appropriate actions in response to incidents of misconduct, including discrimination or harassment, should they occur.
Reporting Concerns
If you believe you are the victim of misconduct, including harassment or discrimination, or notice that someone else is being subjected to such behavior at AAMAS 2027, or have any related concerns, please immediately contact the safety and inclusion chairs or any other member of the organizing committee (details below). All reports will be handled as confidentially as possible. In particular, information will be shared only with those who need to know in order to investigate and respond to the report. While absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed, we will make every effort to protect the privacy of all individuals involved.
