Registration
Registration is now open. Please register before the 3rd of April. Accommodation is available on campus. Registration includes conference dinner on Wednesday the 15th of April.
Accommodation booking on campus
Single bedrooms with breakfast are available for conference delegates for Monday 13th, Tuesday 14th and for Wednesday 15th April 2026.
Bed and Breakfast rate is £66 per room per night (VAT inclusive). Accommodation is in the student residences on central campus, all single ensuite bedrooms in Jack Martin residencies and breakfast is served in the Rootes dining Hall.
The closing date for booking accommodation is 3rd April (while the rooms are available).
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel (registration only) within 14 days without giving any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, this right of cancellation does not extend to any accommodation booked through the University. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the occasional identity of the speakers. The BLCS 2026 committee and the University of Warwick Event Management Team take no responsibility for non-refundable travel/accommodation in the case of a changed programme or cancelled event.
International Attendees - ETA applications
Please be advised that all international attendees will need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) if arriving into the UK from the 1 April 2025. More information on this and to apply can be found on the Gov.uk website using the links below:
Visa Support Letter
If you would like to request for a visa invitation letter to support your visa application, you will first need to register for the conference, and full payment must have been received. Please then email O.Trushkevych@warwick.ac.uk with the below details:
