Accommodation booking on campus - opens 13 Feb

Single bedrooms with breakfast are available for conference delegates for Monday 13^th, Tuesday 14^thand for Wednesday 15^thApril 2026. Bed and Breakfast rate is £66 per room per night (VAT inclusive). Accommodation is in the student residences on central campus, all single ensuite bedrooms in Jack Martin residencies and breakfast is served in the Rootes dining Hall. The closing date for booking accommodation is 3rd April (while the rooms are available).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund conference registration cancellations.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the occasional identity of the speakers. The BLCS 2026 committee and the University of Warwick Event Management Team take no responsibility for non-refundable travel/accommodation in the case of a changed programme or cancelled event.

INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES

VISA SUPPORT LETTER

If you would like to request for a visa invitation letter to support your visa application, you will first need to register for the conference, and full payment must have been received. Please then email O.Trushkevych@warwick.ac.uk with the below details:
