New PGDE
The Centre has recently developed and launched a Postgraduate Diploma in Education - Teaching and Learning (FE and Skills Sector) similar to the PGCE but a qualification which offers students the chance to study entirely at Level 7 with the additional benefit of studying a specialist module in English, maths, SEND or Learning Technologies. There are bursaries available for finalists who may consider teaching maths in the FE and Skills Sector

In the event of an emergency on campus requiring ambulance, police or fire brigade, call 22222 from an internal telephone. If you are on campus and you use a mobile to call for an emergency service (999), you should also then call 024 76 5 22222. This alerts the University Community Safety team and will enable the emergency vehicle to be speedily escorted to where it is required on the campus.
