Wellbeing & Inclusivity
Welcome to Wellbeing & Inclusivity
In the School of Engineering, we see your educational journey as a system that should work for everyone.
We know that not all students start from the same place, and we’re committed to engineering solutions that break down barriers to higher education. By using data, feedback, and smart design, we’re building learning environments that are inclusive, supportive, and adaptable. Our goal is to make sure every student— including you — has access to the tools, opportunities, and support needed to thrive and succeed.

Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) are key values in the School of Engineering. We aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every student feels respected and can succeed, no matter their background. By embracing different perspectives and experiences, we build a stronger, more innovative engineering community. ED&I is about making sure everyone has a fair chance to thrive—both in their studies and beyond.
