Biography

I am the Director of Student Experience in the School of Engineering at the University of Warwick, bringing over a decade of expertise in higher education. I have held leadership roles in widening participation, admissions, and outreach, demonstrating a strong commitment to student success and inclusion. I am a dedicated education professional specialising in curriculum design with a strong focus on inclusive practices and student-centred learning. My expertise lies in creating learning experiences that embrace diversity, ensuring that assessments are varied and tailored to meet the needs of all students. I am passionate about enhancing the student experience through thoughtful design and critical thinking approaches, fostering environments where learners feel supported and empowered.

A key area of my work is supporting widening participation students, helping to break down barriers to education and promote equity across all learning contexts. I brings a deep understanding of how inclusive strategies can transform engagement and outcomes, and I actively advocates for approaches that prioritise accessibility and belonging.

While I continue to grow in my own professional journey and am committed to sharing my knowledge and supporting others in developing inclusive and impactful educational practices.
