Research in the Thermofluids Group is undertaken by three key laboratories: Sustainable Thermal Energy Technology, Fluid Dynamics and Warwick FIRE. The group combines expertise from a wide-range of research to address many modern-day issues.

	Sustainable Thermal Energy Technology Our researchers work on a diverse variety of topics such as; adsorption refrigeration; heat pumps; air conditioning; thermal energy storage; and solar energy.
	Fluid Dynamics This is one of the largest labs of its kind in the UK and works on fundamental and applied research in computational and experimental fluid mechanics. Subject areas extend from aerodynamics over geophysical flows to granular and particle-laden flows
	Warwick FIRE A multidisciplinary research laboratory for both fundamental and applied research into fire and explosion hazards as well as accidental release of hazardous materials.
