Engineers understand that verification and validation are different matters. We can verify that we deliver what we promise but how do we validate our provision when there is no unified view on whether the student is the customer or the product? We therefore seek to understand how to accurately measure and validate the Warwick Engineering degree in the light of the Teaching Excellence Framework.
