CT Images - test

• Two full anonymised CT scans [Inspiratory and Expiratory scans]: one healthy and one asthmatic.

• The stl and wrl files can be accessed at (http://www-artemis.it-sudparis.eu/~fetita/mesh_models.zip).

CT Images from RIKEN

• The holes were opened by erasing of triangle elements (voxels) which have the distance r from the terminal positions.
• airway1, airway2, and airway3. Here, 1, 2 and 3 indicate the radius of the removed area in voxels.
• CT scans.
• The terminal voxel position data (open.txt). The format of terminal position file is "x,y,z".
