Important subjects for Engineering

Mathematics and Physics as these are very important foundation subjects for a degree course in Engineering. Applicants with a strong profile but without one of these two subjects may be considered. Please contact ugadmissions@warwick.ac.uk prior to applying.

"I chose to study Engineering as I really enjoy maths and physics and wanted to study a degree which applies concepts from these subjects to real world problems. The general first year of the degree attracted me to studying at Warwick as it has allowed me to gain experience in all the disciplines of engineering available before having to specialise. This has been hugely beneficial to me as I had no previous experience in engineering. The general first year also provides you with a broader knowledge of all fields of engineering which will be advantageous when looking for a career."
