Please use this form to register your interest in nominating your child for the 2026 Year 12 maths masterclasses at the University of Warwick. This form is for parents/carers to fill out and register interest in nominating students to take part in our 2026 year 12 masterclasses. If you are a student, please ask your parent/carer to fill out this form on your behalf.

Please note that our sessions are usually oversubscribed and we cannot guarantee that everyone who fills in this form will be awarded a place on the masterclasses.
