The Street Booking Form

This form is to be used to request a booking of 'The Street' (or atrium) of the Zeeman Building.  Your booking request will be reviewed by the Receptionist and Facilities Assistant of the Maths department.  We aim to process all submissions within 3 working days of it being sent.

Please note that if your booking is approved, the booking is for the Street space only and does not include the Maths Reception.  Should you require tables (e.g. for a registration desk) these need to be rented from Warwick Food and Drink and it is your responsibility to organise this.

You are asked to be mindful of other events and activities that may be taking place in the Zeeman building throughout your use of The Street and to ensure that noise is kept to a minimum where possible.  Please be aware that during the exam period (13 May to 21 June 2024) we will only be able to accept bookings where the maximum number of attendees does not exceed 50.

Please provide as much information as possible to ensure your request can be processed as quickly as possible.

Thank you.

Please note that where you will be using electrical equipment in The Street, there should be an appropriate Risk Assessment completed prior to the event taking place to ensure any risks are mitigated as far as possible.  The Health & Safety team will be able to assist you in creating this, if needed.

Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee The Street is booked for your event.  You will receive notification from Mathsreception@warwick.ac.uk with confirmation separately.
