We invite people that have not submitted an abstract for their talk to do it by email by Tuesday 5 November.

Schedule

The schedule of the conference.

We have tried to accommodate every request that was put forward and we hope that everyone is happy with the current schedule. However, if by mistake we missed your request, please let us know and we will fix it as soon as possible. The same applies if you are unsatisfied with your allocated slot. Please note that in this case we might have to change the allocated slot of some talks, so your time slot might change even if you did not ask for it. We invite everyone to check the schedule again in the days before the event, when we will freeze it.

In a nutshell: the registration will be 9:00-10:30 (9-10.30 am) on Wednesday 6. The last talks end at 15:00 (3 pm) on Friday 8. Keynote talks last 1 hour, junior talks last 15-20 minutes, but have an allocated time slot of half an hour to account for question time.

Lunches & Breaks

Every day there will be lunch served in the Common Room, and one/two coffee breaks. They are already included in the registration fee. We will ask for dietary requirements before the start of the conference, but you can always write to the organizers if for any reason you have not been able to state your necessity.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will be at Scarman on the evening of Thursday 7, and is included in the registration fee (except for extras).
