This year the theme for TEALfest is on 'Empowering students and staff through small teaching' in a range of exciting ways.
Small teaching examines the modest but powerful changes we can all make that lead to big enhancements for our students' learning. This is a strategy (based on the science of learning) developed by James Lang and Flower Darby.
