International Collaboration
Students have the opportunity to spend time at either an A*STAR Singapore research institute or at the MRC Unit The Gambia, following one of these routes:
- Track 1: Students select a PhD project with a supervisor at Warwick and a supervisor at an A*STAR research institute in Singapore or MRC Unit, the Gambia, and spend one year abroad.
- Track 2: Students select a PhD project with two interdisciplinary supervisors from Warwick. The PhD project would then include a collaborative visit to an A*STAR research institute laboratory or MRC Unit the Gambia for more than a month but less than a year.
Warwick also has a 2+2 PhD programme in collaboration with A*STAR Singapore where students spend two years of study at Warwick and two at an A*STAR research institute. Find out more here.
