500 scientists, including the University of Warwick, to map COVID-19 effects and treatments in patients’ blood

A new coalition of more than 500 scientists from around the world, including the University of Warwick, has been created to share data on COVID-19 gleaned from the use of mass spectrometry techniques which examine people’s blood and other biomarkers.

The UK Public want the NHS to be the controlling body in Covid-19 contact-tracing app – says new research

The public have massive trust in the NHS, with over half (57.4%) of participants in the study favouring prioritising controlling the pandemic over privacy, they also argue the NHS should have control and access to data in the Covid-19 contact-tracing app, new research by researchers in WMG at the University of Warwick, and at the University of Birmingham have found.
