This meeting saw the PLATO Payload Team return in force, and there was an increased ESA presence compared to previous PLATO Weeks as the activities of the SOC continue to ramp up.

The PMC plenum on Monday afternoon featured a PSM status update by Paul A. Wilson from the PSM Office. This was followed, on Tuesday morning, by the PDC/PSM plenum, where the PDC and PSM members in attendance were introduced to the new SGS Common Infrastructure for PLATO (SCIP) system, where most future development work will be based. More information about this system can be found on the SCIP page in the Members only section of this website.

Other sessions of interest to the PSM included:

  • PLATO Calibration and Operation Team

  • DPA-WG
  • Stellar Science
  • PSM Interfaces
  • Education and Public Outreach
