PLATO ESP2019

The PLATO Extra-Solar Planets 2019 (ESP2019) workshop, is being held at the University of Warwick, UK, between the 2nd and 4th of September 2019. This is the second in the series of thematic workshops that began in Marseille last year.

The topic of this workshop is "Single, Shallow, and Strange transits". The aims of the workshop are to examine what we can learn about the long-period planet population from the detection and modelling of single transits, and to discuss the photometric signatures produced by other objects such as exomoons, exocomets, evaporating / fragmenting planets, or planet accretion.

More information about PLATO can be found at https://platoesp.org/, including a link to the registration form. Please note that spaces at the workshop are limited in number, though we will be operating a waiting list system.

We hope that you will be able to join us at this exciting workshop. If you have any questions, please contact the LOC at psmoffice@warwick.ac.uk.
