Enabling Diversity Access Higher Education and Work - webinar
This online webinar will provide an opportunity to gain valuable insights from members of our alumni community and Warwick’s Director of Social Inclusion, on how individuals and organisations can enable diversity in higher education and the workplace.
During the webinar, Elham Fardad (MBA 1999-2004, Founder and CEO of the charity Migrant Leaders, Co-Founder and CEO of ID Inclusion) will share insights from her experiences assisting young people from diverse backgrounds to overcome barriers in accessing higher education, through the support of mentoring programmes.
Justin Onuekwusi (BSc Economics 2000-2003, Head of Retail Multi-Asset Funds, Legal & General Investment Management) will speak from his experience in supporting people to achieve their potential at work, with a focus on creating more black senior leaders in the asset management industry. Whilst Kulbir Shergill, Director of Social Inclusion will share some of Warwick’s initiatives to empower Warwick employees to succeed.
