Overactive brains can lead people, even those with insomnia, to underestimate how much they’re sleeping.

Dr. Tang was interviewed by Andrea Petersen from the Wall Street Journal based on her 2012 Psychological Bulletin article with Prof. Allison Harvey at UC Berkeley.
