In the local organiser's handbook you can find information that will enable you to plan successfully for the APTS week at your institution. The local organiser's handbook is an evolving document based on experience collected from previous APTS weeks. If you believe that something useful has been omitted therein or you have comments on its content, please contact the APTS Programme Manager.

Accounts Form
After the APTS week has concluded, you will be asked to provide a breakdown of the costs incurred. The form that you will be asked to complete can be downloaded below. The completed form is returned to the APTS Programme Manager who will then ask you to sent the final invoice to the APTS Administrator.
