You should download and complete the Statistics Course Transfer Form word document and then send to your personal tutor to complete. If your personal tutor is unavailable, please contact your year tutor.

When the Word document is complete then you should submit the form below. Note that submitting a course transfer request does not guarantee that a transfer will take place. The request will be reviewed by your Course Director who may approve or decline it.

The Statistics Support Office will complete the student records course transfer form in eVision for you on receipt of the Statistics Course Transfer Form. The eVision course transfer request will not be approved without receipt.
