Warwick PhD wins international award
Jeremias Knoblauch has been awarded the 2023 Savage Award of the International Society for Bayesian Analysis for his Warwick PhD thesis “Optimization-centric Generalizations of Bayesian Inference” supervised by Theo Damoulas. The Savage Award, named in honour of Leonard J. “Jimmie” Savage, is bestowed each year to two outstanding doctoral dissertations in Bayesian econometrics and statistics. Jeremias was the winner in the Theory and Methods category.
