Ella Kaye has been selected as a Software Sustainability Fellow in the 2025 cohort. Her fellowship plan is to nurture rainbowR, a community of practice for LGBTQ+ folk who code in R (https://rainbowr.org). The fellowship provides a mentor and £4000, as well as a network of others fellows similarly passionate about good software practices and community-building.
