I am a 3rd year PhD student in Statistics with the Warwick CDT in Maths and StatsLink opens in a new window. I did my undergraduate and Masters degree in Maths and Stats at Oxford University starting in 2017. My current project is on Stereographic MCMC, following from Yang, Łatuszyński and Roberts (2022)Link opens in a new window. My supervisors are Gareth RobertsLink opens in a new window and Krzysztof ŁatuszyńskiLink opens in a new window.
Beyond this, my research interests include:
- Computational statistics, particularly Markov chain Monte Carlo methods;
- Stochastic processes, particularly convergence properties of Markov processes.
Outside of statistics, I am very involved in the sport of quadball (formerly known as quidditch). I also enjoy video games and watching sci-fi fantasy television.
