Thomas Morrish
I am a second year PhD student on the Mathematics and Statistics CDT program at Warwick. I received a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Bath, and a MSc in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan. My PhD research at Warwick focuses on using the tools of Rough Path theory to build flexible tools for carrying out statistical inference in real world modelling problems, specifically in cases where a non-trivial continuous process is sampled at discrete points. I am supervised by Prof. Anastasia Papavasiliou and Dr. Julia Brettschneider.
