Engagement

  • Attendance: Attending all lectures and classes is mandatory, and full participation is essential for academic success.

  • Monitoring Points: These are key checkpoints during your course used to track your engagement — such as attending a welcome event, lecture, seminar, or submitting coursework. You can view your upcoming monitoring points under the Attendance tab on Tabula.

If you miss a monitoring point, a member of the Economics Pastoral Team or a Senior Tutor may contact you to offer support. Staying engaged is important, as repeatedly missing points can lead to serious consequences — including potential visa issues or withdrawal from the University.
