The Centre for Critical Legal Studies (CCLS) and the Centre for Law, Regulation and Governance of the Global Economy (GLOBE) are delighted to host a double book launch symposium featuring:

  1. The Battle for International Law: North-South Perspectives on the Decolonization Era (2019) (OUP) edited by Jochen Bernstorff and Phillipp Dann
  2. The Global South and Comparative Constitutional Law (2020) (OUP) edited by Philpp Dann, Michael Riegner and Maxim Bönnemann
