Report on rape prosecution is welcomed by the Crown Prosecution Service
A new report led by Professor Vanessa Munro on the handling of rape and serious sexual offence cases has been welcomed by the CPS.

The Council of the European Law Institute (ELI) has recently approved an interim report for its project on Guiding Principles and Model Rules for Algorithmic Contracts directed by Professor Christian Twigg-Flesner.
Ground-Breaking Report launched by Minister for Safeguarding at the House of Commons
On Monday 13 March 2023, Vanessa Munro and Lotte Young Andrade launched a report that they co-authored with Sarah Dangar (Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse) entitled ‘Learning Legacies: An Analysis of Domestic Homicide Reviews in Cases of Domestic Abuse Suicide’. The aim was to learn more about the profiles and experiences of victims, the adequacy of service responses during their lives and after their deaths, and the ways in which DHRs are commissioned and conducted in suicide cases.
UK needs trade policy changes to tackle climate crisis, new report warns
UK Climate and Trade Commission’s new report calls for Government-led change for trade policy to deliver COP27 promises.
In the new report, the Commission calls on the UK Government to support climate action through its trade policies. The House of Commons saw experts and policymakers meet on Wednesday 14 December 2022 to discuss the newly published inaugural report.
