Professor Christian Twigg-Flesner comments on CMA action against Viagogo
Professor Christian Twigg-Flesner, Director of our LLM programme in International Commercial Law, comments on the enforcement action taken by the CMA against Viagogo:
"The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has completed its long-running enforcement action against so-called secondary ticketing websites, with a court order obliging Viagogo, one such website, to comply with consumer protection rules on secondary ticketing.
Warwick LLM student participates in House of Lords debate on International Relations
We are delighted to share the news that one of our postgraduate students, Marilyn Eze, won a place to participate in the 2017 House of Lords Chamber Event in December of last year.
Currently studying on our LLM in International Commercial Law, Marilyn entered an essay competition in October 2017 organised by the Royal Commonwealth Society to Chevening Scholars currently studying in the UK.
