PAIS Top 5 in the UK in Times and Guardian League Tables

We are delighted to share some excellent news for PAIS.

We are proud to be ranked:

• 5th in the UK for both Politics and International Relations in the Guardian University Guide 2027.

• 5th in the UK for Politics and International Studies in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2027.

These results represent a significant advance on last year and recognise the strength of the student experience, teaching and outcomes at PAIS.

Additional highlights include:

• 1st in the Russell Group and joint 4th across the sector for Student Experience in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2027.

• Joint 5th in the UK for Politics employability and 6th for International Relations employability in the Guardian University Guide 2027, reinforcing PAIS's position as one of the country's leading departments of Politics for graduate career prospects.

This latest success follows PAIS being ranked No. 1 in the Russell Group in the National Student Survey (NSS) and among the world's top 50 for Politics in the QS World University Rankings by Subject.
