Profile

I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick. Prior to joining Warwick, I completed an MA in International Politics and Political Communication at the University of Sheffield. I have also worked as a researcher at Tsinghua University.

My doctoral research examines how regime type and state regulation shape political communication in the digital age, using climate change as a comparative case. I investigate how governments’ regulatory approaches to digital platforms influence the information environments citizens encounter and the political attitudes they form. Methodologically, the project combines social media data with mixed methods. My PhD project is supervised by Philippe Blanchard and Kerem Öge.
