To request this fee waiver, please contact us before booking at email us, putting 'SPUDM attendance funding' in the subject line. Please include the following information: Name, affiliation, student status, whether you will be speaking at SPUDM, and a brief summary of why you need support.

Cancellation Policy

By 7 August 2021: 90% refund
From 13 - 20 August 2021: 50% refund
From 21 August 2021: no refund
