REF Impact Case Study Writing Retreats

The Arts Impact team is pleased to share with REF2029 Impact Case Study (ICS) leads the REF Impact Case Study Writing Retreats being held in February 2026.

As well as providing an opportunity for all ICS leads across the Faculty to exchange experiences and tips on best practice, these sessions are designed to give ICS leads the time and space to write and update their ICS ahead of the Impact Deep Dive meetings that are scheduled from April to June 2026.

These sessions are being offered on two different dates and times: Wednesday 11 February (12:00-16:00) and Thursday 12 February 2026 (09:30-13:30) – colleagues have the option to choose one session which suits their availability.

The sessions include a networking lunch which will be held prior the session on Wednesday i.e. 12:30-13:30, and after to the session on Thursday i.e. 12:00-13:00, allowing uninterrupted time to write.

Please register your interest by Friday 16th January 2026. Further details about the sessions will be shared in due course.

Will you be able to join the networking lunch. On Wednesday this will take place at 12-1pm and on Thursday this will take place at 12.30 to 1.30 pm (required)
