Campus Accommodation for Returning Undergraduate Students 2025/2026
Returning undergraduates can choose where to live and enjoy hassle free living with bills included and no deposit required.
Important Booking Information
If you are registered on a full-time, full year undergraduate course (excluding MBChB and degree apprenticeships) and you will be moving into your second, third or final year for the 2025/2026 academic year, you are able to instantly book a room using our booking portal, subject to availability.
We allocate returning undergraduate rooms on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students who will be under 18 years old at the start of the 2025/2026 academic year should be aware that they are applying to live in an adult environment. If you'll be under 18 years old on 25 September 2025 and are considering living on campus you can book any available preference, if you require an en suite room and none are available on the booking portal please contact accommodation@warwick.ac.uk by Wednesday 18th December 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for campus accommodation for the next academic year you must fit one of the criteria below:
A returning undergraduate student (excluding MBChB and degree apprenticeships) moving into in your second, third or final year of a full time, full year undergraduate course in 2025/2026
A returning undergraduate student supported through the specific accommodation requirements processLink opens in a new window for 2025/2026
A part-year undergraduate student on the Venice or Monash programme in 2025/2026
Campus Residence Options
The residences listed below are available to book for the 2025/2026 academic year for eligible returning undergraduate students. If you would like further information about each residence you can select through to each residence webpage, however please bear in mind that information provided on the individual residence webpages are relevant to the current academic year. Pricing and let lengths will be different and facilities may be subject to change for the 2025/2026 academic year. The individual residence webpages for the next academic year aim to be published by term two.
Booking Guide
We want you to have the best possible experience when booking a room with Warwick Accommodation.
Follow the 7 steps below to help guide you through the campus room booking process.
Room bookings are now open.
Step 1
Click the 'Book a room on campus' button below and log in to the accommodation hub.
You should select the 'Current Students' option and log in with your Warwick ID and password.
Step 2
Once logged in please make sure you have selected the correct academic year (2025/2026).
You will then need to select 'Create Application' and then select the 'Returning Undergraduate' application type from the drop down options.
Step 3
Now you'll need to confirm whether you have any specific accommodation requirements for any medical or disability needs you may have.
If you have specific accommodation requirements, don't forget you'll need to ensure you complete the specific accommodation requirementsLink opens in a new window process and be supported by Wellbeing and Student Support by 18 December 2024.
Step 4
You'll then need to select the specific residence and room profile you would like to book from the list of available options shown in the booking portal.
Depending on availability there may be room profiles assigned to a quiet or single gender area which can be selected.
You should only click 'book room' once you are confident you'd like to proceed with your selection.
Step 5
After you have confirmed the residence and room profile you'd like to book, you will be shown a summary of your booking and your accommodation contract. You'll need to review the offer and complete the offer process by accepting your contract. You'll have 24 hours to complete the booking.
Please remember that when you accept your contract, you are signing a legally binding document.
Please note, your contract will not state the room profile you may have booked i.e. quiet or single gender area.
Step 6
You should receive a booking confirmation email within 12 hours after successfully booking a room.
If you do not receive your booking confirmation email, please contact accommodation@warwick.ac.uk.
We advise you to check your emails including your spam/clutter/junk inbox prior to contacting us.
Step 7
After you successfully book your room, the system will allocate you with other returning undergraduate students.
If you want to live together with friends, you'll need to complete our group request form.

Frequently Asked Questions
We encourage students to log into the online booking portal to see whether any rooms on campus are showing as available. As we offer returning undergraduate rooms on a first-come first-served basis, subject to availability, rooms may become fully booked and no longer appear in the booking portal.
We find that on occasion, rooms may become available after being fully booked. These rooms would then reappear in the booking portal, so we advise to check the booking portal for updates on availability.
Further Information
Please be advised that some contracts start on a Sunday, but to ease comparison of the fees across halls, we have rounded up all the weekly let lengths to the nearest week.
