Any room already booked by the transition date (15 June 2022) will be automatically moved to the new system (Outlook), however, new bookings will now need to be made using Outlook.

Rooms which have been moved over to the new system (Outlook) will be marked as unavailable on these pages and should be booked using the Outlook room resource accounts on these pagesLink opens in a new windowLink opens in a new window.
