The team at Warwick Conferences is celebrating after being shortlisted for three awards by the UK’s only consortium dedicated to academic venues, Academic Venue Solutions (AVS). This includes two nominations for the Rising Star award for Ryan Duffy, Assistant Manager, and Thomas Parker, Junior Chef de Partie, as well as a venue nomination for Excellence in Environmental Sustainability.

Warwick Conferences has been awarded ECOsmart Platinum status from Greengage Solutions in recognition of its industry-leading commitment to environmental sustainability.

Our talented chefs, Thomas Parker and Ryan Dare, have returned from Denmark after representing the UK at the Europe Copper Skillet Final earlier this month. The invitation to compete internationally at this prestigious event is a significant achievement in its own right. Although Tom and Ryan just missed out on top honours, this international recognition still speaks to the quality of chefs at Warwick Conferences.

We’re delighted to announce that Warwick Conferences has signed up to be a Patron member of destination management organisation (DMO), Destination Coventry.

Destination Coventry plays an important role promoting Coventry and Warwickshire through its destination management and marketing activities which are championed by consumer facing brands, including Visit Coventry and venue finder, Conference Coventry and Warwickshire.

Warwick Conferences is now providing an even more comfortable environment for guests during overnight stays, with the refurbishment of the bedrooms at Scarman.

All 204 rooms have contemporary décor and bathrooms have been completely refurbished. Also, each room has new smart TVs with streaming options.
