Warwick Food & Drink: Annual Price Review 2026/27
Supporting departmental events across campus
We know that delivering successful events while managing budgets is more important than ever. That's why we're pleased to confirm that there will be no price increases across Warwick Food & Drink products for the 2026/27 academic year.
No price increases for a third consecutive year
Thanks to careful planning and close collaboration with our Procurement team and suppliers, we have been able to hold prices for a third consecutive year. In addition, we have reduced prices on selected products, providing even greater value for departments across the University.
By maintaining stable pricing, we aim to give colleagues greater certainty when planning meetings, conferences, events and hospitality, while continuing to deliver the quality and service you expect.
Great quality, great value
Whether you're organising a small meeting, staff celebration or a large event we're committed to providing fresh, high-quality food and a welcoming service that delivers excellent value for money.
Behind the scenes, our teams continue to work closely with suppliers and Procurement colleagues to secure the best possible pricing and identify efficiencies, helping us keep costs down without compromising quality.
Committed to inclusivity
We are committed to ensuring our catering offer is accessible and inclusive for all. Our menus include a wide range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, and we work closely with organisers to accommodate dietary requirements, allergies, intolerances and cultural preferences. Our aim is to ensure every guest feels welcomed, included and well catered for.
Carbon rating and allergen information
We are pleased to introduce carbon ratings and allergen information across all menu items.
This new feature provides greater transparency around the environmental impact of food choices, while also helping those with specific dietary requirements or allergies make informed decisions with confidence.
You can access this information at any time through Kafoodle where you'll find detailed nutritional, allergen and sustainability information for each dish:
We hope this enhancement helps you make informed choices that best suit your individual preferences and needs.
What’s coming next
There’s more to look forward to this year. We’ll soon be launching our new Christmas range, alongside an expanded selection of Eatwise products, all made fresh on campus.
Following great feedback on the Eatwise sandwiches, salads and bakes introduced in 2025/26, we’re looking to expand the selection with even more fresh, tasty options.
