The gender pay gap is the difference in hourly pay between the total population of the men in the workforce and the total population of the women in the workforce. In our annual report on the gender pay gap at the University of Warwick for the snapshot date of 31 March 2017, we provide information on gender of our workforce and analyse the reasons behind the figures. We set out our commitment to improve the gender pay gap, make sure any progress is sustained, and champion our vision of diversity.
