Innovation & Improvement Award - Nomination Form

We invite nominations for individuals or teams who have successfully introduced innovations or improvements between December 2023 and December 2024. These improvements could apply to your own area, department, or benefit the wider University.

This award recognises contributions that have enhanced processes, introduced new ideas, or made meaningful changes that positively impact efficiency, effectiveness, or overall success.

Important Reminders:

  • Submissions must include the full names of all nominated individuals. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
  • Teams can consist of individuals from the same department or cross-functional teams that have collaborated on a project or initiative. Ensure all team members who contributed to the innovation are included.
  • Please highlight specific individual contributions where relevant, especially within team nominations.

Submission Deadline:

All nominations must be submitted by 21st February 2025.

Submission Tips:

  • Draft your nomination in a separate document (e.g., Word) before pasting it here to avoid losing your work.
  • If you leave this webpage before submitting, your entry will not be saved
  • A ‘team’ can refer to a group of colleagues from the same department or a cross-functional team that has come together for a project or specific piece of work. If you are nominating a cross-functional team, ensure all contributing members are listed.
  • If nominating a team, please ensure that each member listed has made a significant and equal contribution to the success of the project or work being recognised

We look forward to your nominations and celebrating the outstanding contributions within the Estates Department!

Additional Information:

  • Submissions will be reviewed by the Awards Committee, and finalists will be announced in April 2025
