Awaiting Access |
This tutorial will show you how to update a customer’s request to report any problems gaining access once attended, typically couldn’t gain access to a location including booked Centrally Timetabled (CTT) Rooms |
Awaiting Parts | This tutorial will show you how to update a customer’s request to report you attended but on inspection found parts needed ordering, when reporting awaiting parts always put an estimated date of when both the parts will have arrived AND fitted |
Awaiting Shutdown |
This tutorial will show you how to update a customer’s request to report that the job is delayed awaiting to organised along with a planned shutdown, when updating the job please indicate when the planned shutdown if know will occur |
Awaiting information from the customer | This tutorial will show you how to update a customer’s request to show that youve attended and indenfied tht parts and materials are required to progress the job. Please always included an estimated date for the delivery and fitting of parts & materials and also the part or full completion of the job |
Recording that youve passed the job onto a contractor | This tutorial will show you how to update a customer’s request to inform the helpdesk that youve passed the job onto a third party contractor, to either part complete or complete the job. Its essential that you dont mark the job as closed\complete when passing the job to a contractor |
