You may be aware that industrial action is taking place at Coventry City Council (CCC) involving their Waste collection teams. CCC are the University’s main contractor, taking waste and recycling away from campus. We are working closely with the Council to minimise the impact on staff, students and visitors, but the industrial action is having an impact on the service we receive.

The Estates Waste and Recycling Team is doing its upmost to keep campus clean, tidy and free from litter, but the current industrial action is making that more difficult. Please do all that you can to minimise the amount of waste being generated (reduce, re-use, recycle) to help our teams keep our campus 'spick and span'.
